Delivery & Payment

1-Introduction

Laloba is a trademark property of Uselem, S.L, a company designing and selling shoes, with VAT number B-27804095 and registered office in Avenida Gran Vía nº100, 5I, 36203 Vigo - Pontevedra (Spain).

Please find below the terms of sale of this website: www.lalobashoes.com. Such terms govern the relationship between any buyer and the seller Uselem, S.L., so it is advisable to read them thoroughly before any purchase is made.

2-Non-disclosure

You do not need to register as a user, but in case you want to make any purchase you do need to be registered. When filling in the registration form, you must give your right phone number, e-mail and delivery address so as your order can be duly processed.

In case the details you give correspond to a third person, you must guarantee you have informed such third person about these online sale terms and you must guarantee too that you have been authorised by such third person to give their details for the mentioned purposes.

You will be held liable for any direct or indirect harm or damage as a consequence of the non-fulfilment of such obligation. Your personal data will be stored in an automated file property of Uselem, S.L., with the purpose of processing orders, delivering sold products, processing charges and payments, facilitating future purchases, and sending newsletters (if you agreed to so when registering).

Uselem, S.L. will only disclose your data to transport companies with the only purpose of delivering the products you ordered on our website www.lalobashoes.com. Under no other circumstance the data stored in our file will be transferred or sold to third companies or persons.

In compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 15/1999 (LOPD) and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI-CE), you will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition according to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 15/1999 (LOPD) by sending an e-mail to service@lalobashoes.com.

3-Information about prices and products

Our prices (VAT included) and product descriptions on our website are regularly updated, are accurate and exactly adapt to the product offered on our online shop, excepting for any error on our side that would be corrected as soon as detected.

This also applies to the pictures of the products. Anyway, pictures and texts referring to the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and not a part of a legal contract.

4-Purchase, payment and shipping charges

You may choose the most convenient method of payment among the ones listed below:

I. Credit card:

You can pay your order by credit card. The purchase will become effective only after the confirmation of your bank. In case the VPT (virtual payment terminal) refuses the card, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed online about the refusal. Your card can be refused due to the following reasons:

- Card has expired.

- Credit limit has been exceeded.

- Details are wrong.

II. PayPal

We accept PayPal payments up to 600.00 €.

You must select the PayPal payment option. In case you already have a PayPal account, you can confirm payment with your user details on the PayPal site.

In case you are new to PayPal, you can start session as a visitor or open a PayPal account to confirm payment. Your order will be sent once we have received your payment. In case you pay via PayPal, you will always receive a confirmation of your order.

Processing errors on the PayPal website may occur occasionally.

If you want to return any item, the amount paid will be credited on your PayPal account. Then, you can decide whether to use such money directly for PayPal payments or to transfer it to your bank account. You can do this from your PayPal account.

III. Bank transfer

We will reserve the items you ordered for 5 days and once we received your payment, we will immediately send your order. Bank transfers may take from 2 to 4 working days depending on your bank. Transfer charges will be borne by you.

Important: in order we can immediately file your payment, the ORDER NUMBER we send you in the confirmation e-mail must appear on the transfer reference or heading. Do not use the invoice number.

Bank transfer payments also allow returns within 20 days. After we have verified that the returned item is in perfect condition, the money will be refunded on the account used for the transfer. Please ensure you have access to this account at any moment; otherwise, you can give us another account number.

When registering, it is very important that your address, phone number and e-mail are correct; otherwise it will be very difficult for us to process your purchase. After making your payment online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your order will be processed so as you can receive it as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from shop@lalobashoes.com with all shipping details (transport company, shipment number, etc.) and your order will be delivered at the address given by you on the expected date (please refer to table of countries and shipping). Shipping costs may vary according to parcel weight and destination. It is very important that you check everything upon delivery before signing the delivery note. In case any box or parcel looks broken or damaged, please tell the transporter and write it down on the delivery note together with your signature. In case you are not able to check it right then, you must add “check pending” to your signature on the delivery note. All this is very important for any complaint in case of breakage or damage during transportation.

In case you ordered a product we do not have in stock, we will let you know by e-mail from shop@lalobashoes.com with information about when the product will be available again and alternative options. This way, you can choose whether to receive first the other items we do have in stock and the rest as soon as it is available, or to wait until the lacking product is available and receive everything together, or to ask for the money to be refunded.

5-Shipping

USELEM SL deliver throughout the world on an EX WORKS (EXW) basis, i.e., we deliver the product directly to the buyer at our premises and our responsibility is to put the product at the disposal of the buyer in our warehouse. The goods must be well packed and labelled, available for the transport chosen by the buyer. From that moment on, it is the purchaser who bears all costs and is responsible for all bureaucratic and customs paperwork. Uselem SL will find the most adequate transportation for the buyer. In case the buyer refuses to bear such costs and returns the order to Uselem SL for this reason, this customer will be not allowed to use our online shop again.

We will try to deliver your order twice in consecutive days. In case the product is not delivered in the second try because de addressee is absent, the parcel will be deposited at the closest MRW’s office. MRW will contact you again to offer alternative delivery at the MRW’s office most suitable for you. Once the order has been processed, the delivery option selected cannot be changed due to logistic restrictions.

Delivery times:

Orders received before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day. In general, delivery time is from 4 to 6 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a reference number so as you can follow up your order at any time. In case you have not received your order 7 days after you received the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at service@lalobashoes.com. In case you have not received your order after more than 7 working days, please contact our Customer Service department; we will check the location of your parcel and we will issue a follow-up order. Please send an e-mail to service@lalobashoes.com.

All international orders, Non European Union orders and Canarias Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar orders, may be subjected to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment.


It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by changes you were not expecting.

6-Guarantees, returns and incidents

You have 20 days to return a product you are not satisfied with for any reason, excepting for those items tailored to the customer’s requirements or clearly customised, or those that cannot be returned because they can get damaged, become obsolete or perish due to their nature. Those products without their original packing, already used, or not under the same conditions they were received by the customer cannot be returned either.

For any return or complaint, please send an e-mail to service@lalobashoes.com as soon as possible and we will tell you how to proceed.

In case of return, you (the customer) should pay for shipping costs to our warehouse, unless there is a defect of quality in which case Uselem SL will pay for such shipping costs. We recommend you to pack well and protect the product, as you will be held liable for any damages during transportation. In any case, eventual return costs will be borne by the purchaser.

In order to prevent any incident or complaint for breakage during transportation, as mentioned in paragraph 4 above, it is very important that you check everything upon delivery before signing the delivery note. In case any box or parcel looks broken or damaged, please tell the transporter and write it down on the delivery note together with your signature. In case you are not able to check it right then, you must add “check pending” to your signature on the delivery note. All this is very important for any complaint in case of breakage or damage during transportation.
