You have 20 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with for any reason, except for those items tailored to the customer’s requirements or clearly customised, or those that cannot be returned because they have been damaged or have become obsolete or perish due to their nature.
Products without their original packing, already used, or not under the same conditions they were received by the customer cannot be returned either.
For any return or complaint, please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible and we will tell you how to proceed.
In case of return, you (the customer) should pay for shipping costs to our warehouse, unless there is a defect of quality in which case Uselem SL will pay for such shipping costs. We recommend you to pack well and protect the product, as you will be held liable for any damages during transportation.
In any case, eventual return costs will be borne by the purchaser.
In order to prevent any incident or complaint for breakage during transportation, it is very important that you check everything upon delivery before signing the delivery note. In case any box or parcel looks broken or damaged, please tell the transporter and write it down on the delivery note together with your signature.
In case you are not able to check it right then, you must add “check pending” to your signature on the delivery note. All this is very important for any complaint in case of breakage or damage during transportation.
