  • How can I pay my purchase?

You can make the payment by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you use a credit or debit card, the charge will be effective immediately after your details are confirmed by your bank.

  • Can I follow up my order?

Once transaction has been confirmed, you will receive an informative e-mail with your order number so as you can track your order at any moment.

  • What can I do after receiving my order if the size does not suit me or if I prefer another model?

Once you have received your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 20 days from the date you received it, provided the item has not been used or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for another, you should return it first to get the refund, and then you can make a new purchase.

  • What are the terms for refund or exchange?

Items must be returned in their original packing along with the original dispatch note within 20 days. Once we have received the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and we will send you a new item in case you requested an exchange or we will refund the amount paid if you requested so. You will receive a return number for this purpose.

  • What is the delivery time?

Delivery will be made within 2 to 3 working days for the Iberian Peninsula, and 4 to 6 days for the rest of Europe. These delivery times may vary depending on circumstances such as available stock, delivery area, transport incident or difficulties in delivering the product.

  • How can I purchase my LALOBA?

You must select the items of your choice and the size, and then add them to your chart by clicking on the corresponding icon. You can add as much items as you desire. Your chart will show reference number of the item selected, name, size and colour, as well as shipping costs and total price (VAT included).

You must fill in the order form with your personal details which will be stored in our database in order to process your order and facilitate new purchases. Likewise, you may access your customer area and check your personal details and information about your orders. Remember that your personal details must be accurate in order to prevent confusions or incidents when delivering the item(s) you purchased.

Once you have filled in the order form and before your order is shipped, you will receive a summary including the identification of the item purchased, total price (transport and VAT included) and delivery details. You must confirm the order by clicking the button "accept purchase".

  • How should I clean my LALOBA?

Our shoes are made of high-quality leather requiring simple care. We must take care of good shoes if we want them to last long. Your shoes come along with information about the specific care your shoes require.

  • What are the shipping costs?
